How buying off us works

Buying plants online is probably new to you, so we have a simple 3 step system to give you the best service and customer experience. If you would like to see our plants in person then feel free to get in touch through our 'contact us' page or simply email us at sales@redgumnursery.com.au

Step 1 - Select products

Select product/s required, pot size and quantity needed. Add to cart. Go to view cart, feel free to add a note, then go to checkout.

Step 2- Checkout

In checkout, fill in contact details, hit continue then choose your preferred delivery method, either free nursery pickup or delivery. For free pickup our nursery is located in Figtree, Wollongong, we will get in contact with you for times we will be available and our address. Hit continue, pay with credit card or select cash payment if you would prefer to pay in person. (please note all orders for delivery must be pre-paid)

Step 3- Delivery or pickup

Once ordered, you will receive a order conformation email. We will get in contact through emails or (ring if preferred, add this in the notes at checkout if preferred) as quickly as possible to arrange times for delivery or pickup address and times.
